Drop Off-

Drop off is between 6:30AM – 3:30PM on the day of your appointment.

If no one is in the back to assist you unloading please call, 423-837-4888

All unloading must be supervised by a staff member or USDA inspector.

 

If you are a producer dropping off with multiple customers, please be sure to have their information ready at drop off & cut sheets sent to us ASAP.

CANCELLATION POLICY: IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE APPLIED:

BEEF: ($100)  PORK: ($50) LAMB/GOAT: ($25)
