McBride Meats Co. is proud to offer USDA “Kill & Chill” services for beef, hogs, and lamb.
“Kill & Chill” is the practice of harvesting the animal under USDA inspection before shipping out in bulk whole, half, or quarter quantities for further breakdown processing and packaging elsewhere.
This is an excellent and cost-effective option for custom processing plants, butcher shops, wholesale distributors, or any business that has their own in-house butcher.
